Ever since the pandemic there has been a rapid switch to digital payments as well as a huge increase in contactless spending. We are accelerating the inevitable, the trends for digitalisation are already underway and Omise's services are more needed than ever before.

It is a challenging and exciting job to make it a reliable, secure and scalable infrastructure to support everyone's needs for digital payments. As an industry that will exponentially grow, Omise will be a crucial player in this accelerated growth, to support the next generation of financial services infrastructure empowering all kinds of businesses and demographics.

IT support for a technology company is a big task. As the IT Project Manager, you are the person that ensures all IT projects are delivered and executed on time, and with the highest attention to details, to ensure nothing is missed.

You can also troubleshoot, respond to inquiries and find solutions to technical challenges. Beyond the day-to-day, you improve the Omise user experience by contributing to longer-term projects and documentation efforts, protecting our privacy and ensuring our continuous data protection.

• What you will be doing*:
• Plan and manage all IT operations, budgets and deliverables
• Effectively plan deployment of new assets and upgrades of existing assets.
• Identify and solve IT challenges spanning multiple systems and teams as they relate to corporate IT initiatives; this may include researching systems or services from the ground up.
• Partner with internal team owners to evaluate changes, plan and coordinate service upgrades and IT changes.
• Automate and/or execute IT infrastructure-related projects such as platform migrations and information security policy updates.
• Innovate and implement internal solutions that allow the business to scale and be productive.
• Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
• Maintain and improve our IT service desk system, ensuring the highest standard from an IT help desk perspective.
• You*:
• Have worked for 4+ years in project management related to IT.
• Understands change management and its ability to communicate with stakeholders in the company.
• Have a clear understanding of IT Security and the importance of security controls.
• Is excellent in customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking and communication.
• Knowledgeable in Jira Service Desk Ticket Management Systems,
• Can work with distributed and remote teams.
• Have experience with MacOS
• Knowledgeable in remote communication tools and setup such as video conferencing software and hardware.
• Can proficiently communicate in English, both written and spoken. We are an international team, so our primary business language is English.
• Have a thorough understanding of project management and its fundamentals.
• An expert in time management skills.
• Show great social skills.

IT Certifications are a bonus and will give you a clear advantage, specifically:
• CompTIA (A+ or Security+)
• CISM
• CISSP
• CCNA, CCNP
