• : Compile, process and analyze information and data on ICT for development in Asia-Pacific, including Countries with Special Needs (LDCs, LLDCs and SIDS), which may require econometric skills and economic modeling approaches.
• Website management
• : Support officers of the Section to prepare updates of the Section work to the ESCAP website.
• Organization of meeting
• : Support officers of the Section to organize inter-governmental meetings, which may include drafting memos, contacting meeting participants, creating spreadsheets, maintaining calendars, and other administrative tasks.

• : Carry out other tasks as required by the Section and the Division.

EducationTo qualify for an internship with the United Nations Internship Programme, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
a) be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or
b) be enrolled in the final academic year (4th year) of the first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent).

LanguagesEnglish and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required for the Internship Programme. Knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.
