*Position Summary*

The position provides vision, strategy, direction and leadership necessary to ensure that the company (Allianz Technology, Thailand) maximizes its operational capabilities, compliance to standard operating/ reporting procedures, and ensures systems in place to increase financial strength and operational efficiency. The position requires a strategic thinking and a sound experience in driving transformation.
• Key Responsibilities*Operational Control and Governance*:
• Plan, direct and control strategic operational activities through all pillars to achieve our business goals and targets. Oversight on Information Security Officer (*ISO*) activities by aligning with the regional ISO on governance, processes, and standards. Drive the *ITOP program* for Thailand branch to strengthen and transform the capabilities, tools, and processes.
• *Cost efficiency*: Ensures robust governance and internal controls are developed/applied to increase the operational and financial health of the organization.
• *Workplace Strategy*: Drive the implementation of the Workplace strategy for the organisation to ensure levers like Automation, Simplification, resilient workplace, and infrastructure are planned and implemented with optimised cost, tangible and measurable KPIs.
• *Business continuity Management*: Support the assurance for Seamless and flawless execution of the BCM and BCP strategies.
• *Investment*: Plan and track key strategic investment operational and organisational programmes including investment into future workplace and future proofing projects.
• *ISO & P&R*: Safeguard AZT TH data and systems through risk assessment, policy development, incident response, and compliance management, ensuring continuity of operations.
• *CMDB*:Manage and track IT assets, configurations, and their relationships within AZT TH infrastructure
• S2V Transformation*:
• Drive the governance and CM for AZT TH strategy implementation in alignment with S2V.
• Contribute to leading the transformation of Allianz Technology Thailand branch into a lean Agile organization.
• Ensure accuracy of the contracts in alignment with the BOI rules.
• NBM and Pricing Board: Ensure all projects adhere to the Pricing board and NBM process and guidelines
• Procurement, Real Estate and Logistics*
• Establishes and leads effective procurement strategy to strongly achieve maximized value from various vendors. Optimize the utilization at the entity level by adhering to the group standards.
• Real Estate/ Facilities and Travel Logistics - Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the facilities, logistics and travel compliant to the corporate standards.
• Adoption and implementation of group tools for Procurement, Travel and Logistics
• Drive efficiencies in the corporate real estate through implementation of workplace strategies like Work from home, seat efficiencies through hybrid work.
• Communication*
• Employer Branding and Public Relations: Insure transparent and thorough communication for the local and global initiatives across AZT TH. Implement a strong digital marketing strategy and online presence to attract and retain talents in APAC market. Promote Allianz Technology Thailand as GPTW.
• Key requirements / skills / experience*
• Customer-centric mindset; Transparent & fact-based collaboration.
• Master's Degree in IT/Computer science.
• Experience range-10-15 years professional experience (preferably 5-7 years in management role). If an Allianz employee, AE or minimum FPAE
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop, implement and communicate strategies in the region to address important trends or changes in the business.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to develop and positively influence key, strategic position holders across organization and functions.
• Communication & Presentation: Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally.
• Change Management: ability to transition individuals, teams, and the whole organization from a current state to a desired future state.
• Process Improvement: ability to proactively drive ongoing and continuous process improvements.
• Goal-oriented and experienced in managing multi-cultural and geographical dispersed teams through both direct and influence management
• Able to maintain an open communication channel to build a strong Allianz culture.
• Good interpersonal skills to foster harmonious working environment.
• Fluent in English
