• Job Summary / Mission:
Take a leading role in the management of the relationship with Export Markets partners and internal stakeholders in accordance with the contractual obligations of the partner Drive P&L achievement through strategic and operational guidance to the partners to ensure business sustenance and growth. Together with global and Asia governance team, support the implementation of the GBU medico-marketing strategies in conjunction with the partners. You will be empowered to innovate in our business approaches by promoting an entrepreneurial mindset and developing new capabilities that will enhance our cultural and business transformation. Foundation will be your Play to Win accelerator, career booster and development platform.
• To be successful in this role, we need you to
• - Responsible for the day-to-day leadership, co-ordination and management between the partner(s) and the internal business units using a matrix team system.
• Accountable for the operational performance of the Export Markets with distributors / external partners for the assigned countries
• Responsible for maintaining strong, effective external professional and public market relationships with commercial key stakeholders across the Export Markets perimeter and internally Global Function Heads including Medical, External Affairs, HR & Supply Chain in line with GenMed GBU strategic action plan
• Achievement of gross and net sales performance for Export Markets distributed through partners in alignment with internal stakeholders. Ensuring operational effectiveness within the Export Markets perimeter in alignment with internal stakeholders and Asia team
• Achievement of the annual commercial targets (annual gross and net sales) in conjunction with partners, including other operational effectiveness targets (Supply Chain, customer satisfaction, etc.) in conjunction with partners

About you
• Experience
• :
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business. Master's in management is a plus.
• Commercial leadership or project management / consulting experience.
• Experience in managing multiple public and private stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical sector or knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical and GxP processes, is a plus.
• Broad based knowledge of the Sanofi GenMed portfolio and culture, strategies, and business models of different marketplaces
• Strong in strategic analyses and planning, proven project management skills, strong in communication, presentation, persuasion, ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culture. Adopt agile ways of working.
• Challenges the status quo, excellence in execution, accountable on decisions, integrity and transparency, patients and customer centricity. Operate under pressure and ambiguity, practical and resourceful.
