We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual (Thai National) for the role of Executive Assistant to the Founder/Assistant Entrepreneur in Residence.

Oh and you need to be in our office in Bangkok. Remote doesn't really work for this role.
• In this multifaceted role, you will
• Commence your role as an Executive Assistant to the Founder in Thailand, gaining insights into the intricacies of running a technology-focused enterprise.
• Oversee business operations, administrative duties, and ensure efficient office functionality.
• Progressively assume intricate responsibilities, preparing for your eventual role as an Entrepreneur in Residence and the management of your own P&L at one of our global offices.
• Lead recruitment, training, and people management, including payroll and employee relations.
• Prepare financial data and oversee transactions, ensuring alignment with legal standards and optimizing costs in collaboration with accounting teams.
• Participate in a diverse range of tasks, including office support, legal document management, contract oversight, employee feedback, strategy formulation, and client discussions - all crucial components contributing to entrepreneurial success.
• Participate in high-level decision-making processes and contribute to the development of organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives. Ensure that key projects are on track, deadlines are met, and goals are achieved.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans.
• Maintain compliance with Thai labor and business laws, handle legal documents, and coordinate with international teams.
