Role Purpose:
• TRIA is the real-time customer alerting platform responsible for delivering service updates on incidents or maintenance impacting Refinitiv products and services, to 46k+ customers 24x7.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain TRIA services using best practice design and coding methods to produce industry leading systems with exceptionally high availability.
• Produce detailed documentation to enable team understanding and support, installation, and testing both within the development group and by third parties.

Critical Deliverables:
• Responsible for TRIA software development and support adhering to best practice, compliance, and regulation. Focus on delivering high quality products and services that align with business requirements.

Impact:
• Role impacts 46k+ Refinitiv customers and internal users using TRIA services across 1076 products that Service Communication Team support. The role will actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Key KPIs:
• Deliver software according to business plan
• Successful project to service transition
• Follow software development best practice and standards

Technical / Job Functional Knowledge:
• Have a solid understanding of OOP programming languages such as C#, Java
• Have a good knowledge at user level on both Unix and Windows systems, knowledge at administrative level is a plus
• Have experience in relational database development using SQL
• Keen in following best practice and Agile methodology
• Know basic script programming and networking
• Willing to learn new technology and programming languages
• Knowledge on following topics is a plus: AWS, Cloud technology, API

Business & Sector Expertise:
• Junior developer role with 0-3 years of experience from any industry, aligned to technical and job functional knowledge requirements

Qualifications & Personal Skills:
• Degree in related field or relevant qualification would be beneficial
• Good English verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly. Able to challenge in discussing solutions.
• Ability to work on your own, self-motivated but happy to be in a collective environment as an integral team member.
• Ability to work well under pressure with good attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality in all aspects of work.
• Problem solver with strong intuition for business and well-versed in current technological trends and business concepts.
• Able to manage multiple allocated tasks. Work and respond rapidly to requirements and requests, managing time to complete assigned work in a timely manner.
• A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skillset.
• Keeps up to date with the latest industry development and technology innovations.
