Our *Consulting & Delivery, Manager* will lead a team of consultants and delivery managers in delivering data and technology solutions to clients and helping drive the team's best practices and process improvement.
• What are the responsibilities of a Consulting & Delivery, Manager?*In this role, you will get to*:
• Hire, train, and manage a team of data and technology consultants and project managers
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with client needs and requirements
• Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project progress and deliverables are on track
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success, including coaching and mentoring to help them develop professionally
• Stay current with the latest developments in data and technology and share that knowledge with the team
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with other managers and teams to drive organizational growth and achieve strategic goals
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Requirements for this role are*:
• 8+ years experience in consulting and project management
• Strong focus in data and Software development life cycle
• *Experience managing a team of consultants and Project managers*:
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering consulting projects
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to motivate and manage a team, communicate effectively, and build relationships with clients
• Project management skills: Demonstrated experience in project management, including project planning and budgeting
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with big data/AI technologies domains
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and people skills
• Embody agile mindset
• Cloud certifications are a plus!
