• Job Purpose*:
Responsible for supporting and implementing of all of the Organization's marketing campaign, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal according to marketing strategies as well as coordinating with qualified 3rd party in producing highest quality of marketing materials for The Pizza Company
• Main Responsibilities*:
• Work closely with marketing team and agency partners to develop integrated marketing communications strategy and plan to support TPC calendar and MFG (if requested)
• Develop agency briefs to creative / media agency and ensure execution of offline and online creative design and media channels. Manage brand message consistency for all key visuals/ creative contents for instore/ in-mall/ TVC / OOH/ and all digital platforms
• Lead direction and work closely with creative / media agency to build brand communication strategy and effective media journey for responsible platforms and implement into market consistently
• Manage brand KPI to deliver TOM awareness / Effective Advertising creative evaluation for support TPC brand positioning
• Closely monitors competitive movement in terms of brand communications and regularly review TPC communication strategy and plan to ensure competitiveness in marketplace.
• Be the guardian of the brand visual system and work with marketing / agency team to ensure that communications are consistent across all channels.
• Manage marketing spending to deliver campaign effectiveness with best ROI for all initiatives
• Handle communication production for responsible platforms in all media channels (offline & online)
• Manage and execute PR activities that support brand positioning and build brand engagement
• Maintain good working relationship with all cross functional dept and external agencies ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans.

• Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Qualifications*:
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities. Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
• Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media. Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL and PowerPoint, data base management and page layout.
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Able to travel upcountry or oversee trip, overnight travel is required
• Proficiency in English communication, presentation skills and computer literate.
• Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and graphic design knowledge is an advantage
• 5 day work week with flexible working schedule and workplace
• Able to work on holiday or weekend due to the business requirements
• Able to work long hour with time limitation

• Education*:
• Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields.
• Experience*:
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the not-for-profit or association sector.
