Through a combination of your strategic and creative thinking you will propose new ways to engage digitally with existing and new accounts.
You will be part of a team connecting with heads of state and national, central banks helping them understand the value of entrusting the security of their national currency to Crane Currency.
You will conceive of and lead campaigns, building an online presence to engage with and grow Crane's worldwide customer base.
You will craft strategies that help your colleagues to expand the reach of Crane Currency's products and expertise.
National banks will regard your messaging and communications savvy as a model on how to advertise their national currency, the physical manifestation of a trusted central bank.
The work you do will intimately link Crane Currency as a trusted partner on whom central banks can depend to secure their currency for decades ahead.As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Crane you will:
Guide the company's digital presence, including oversight of its website and social media platforms.Create, manage and champion the digital content delivery strategy to the company's central bank customers to drive and sustain engagement.Support the preparations, execution of and post-event follow-up for Crane branded events, seminars and industry events.Coordinate photo and film sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and ensuring that all materials meet brand standards.Assist in the execution of targeted customer outreach and co-promotion campaigns via email, website, social media platforms, customer portal, and using in-person events, as well as Crane-branded events to grow and strengthen Central Bank customer engagement.Establish engagement metrics useful in measuring the efficacy of the plan and its campaigns.Ensure that activities align with company policies and operational systems regarding safety, environment, working environment, and quality.Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Education:
Associate's degree in business-related field or commensurate experience.Experience:
7-10 years' experience in marketing or PR functions with a B2G and/or B2B customer focus.Language:
Highly proficient in English, written and spoken.IT:
Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.Demonstrable knowledge and working competence with Social Media accounts, e.g., LinkedIn; familiarity with Wordpress, Umbraco, and other website tools.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or communications.Analytical focused studies (programming or statistics).Level B driving license or equivalent.How we will care for you:
