Nordic Infucare started its journey as an entrepreneurial company with the desire to do things differently.
Mats Bergryd founded the business to offer specialized treatments in a home environment, serving patients who suffer from chronic disease.
He chose that niche as he, after 20 years in the industry, had identified a gap between what was possible to achieve with smart technology and pharmaceuticals, and the actual result.
Mats concluded that there was an opportunity to increase the quality of life of patients with chronic disease by closing the gap, and that it would be good business for the one who succeeded.
Since the start in 2002, we have grown into a company with more than 100 employees.
Today we are a part of the Air Liquide group, but the patient's quality of life still guides all our actions.

How Will You CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The main purpose of the Purchase & Logistics Team within Nordic Infu Care AB is to ensure that our patients get our different products on time.
This is by providing end-to-end processes and support from purchasing and supplier relationships to inventory management and distribution.
The department is responsible for seven warehouses within the Nordic markets, eight wholesalers, and we purchase products from approximately 50 different suppliers worldwide.
Today, there are 4 people working within the Purchase & Logistics department, excluding this Operations and Supply Chain Coordinator role.
The areas the department covers are Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Stock monitoring, transportation, sustainability, and performing monthly stock reconciliation analysis as well as the year-end mandatory inventory checks.
The team is Swedish speaking, but the corporate language is English, and the main part of tasks are performed in English including all documentation.
There are today 3 women and 2 men in the team and with various backgrounds, personalities, and profiles.
We see the social skills, adaptation, and wellbeing in the team equally as important as the skills and competences.
The mission as an Operations and Supply Chain Coordinator is to document and coordinate some of our different Supply Chain processes.
This to make sure we are compliant but also aligned with our Mother Companies guidelines when needed.
This includes but is not limited to:


Document our different Supply Chain processes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Evaluate processes and routines in accordance to standards and frameworks
Coordinate updates of Instructions with each Medical Device Warehouse
Tender and other related support to regions from an Operational and Supply Chain point of view
Coordinate insurance claims in the frame of Supply Chain
Initiate, lead, coordinate and participate in continuous improvement projects
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) follow up
