Post Producer

As the Post Producer, you will oversee the day-to-day moving media post-production workflow across multiple projects, managing all stages of post-production including offline editing, color grading, online editing, VFX, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixing.You will:
Develop and manage project schedules, quotes, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Negotiate project pricing strategically to align with budgetary goals, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.Optimize resources to maintain efficiency and deliver high-quality outputs, while ensuring the creative vision of each project is fully realized.Lead and oversee post-production teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment between creative, technical, and operational goals.Troubleshoot and problem-solve any production challenges, ensuring seamless project progression and delivery.QualificationsWe are looking for people with…3+ years of experience in post-production management - ideally within a creative or fashion-related environment.
