As a Full-Stack Developer in the New Initiatives team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our applications that span across mobile, web, and backend services.The impact you will create:
Lead the design and development of scalable mobile, web, and backend solutions.Build mobile applications for Android using Kotlin/Java and Flutter.Develop backend services using Scala to power key features.Implement user interfaces using any modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.Deliver high-quality software by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Participate in architectural discussions and design solutions that meet business requirements.What you bring in:
5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.Strong expertise in Android development using Kotlin/Java and Flutter.Proficiency in backend development with Scala.Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).Experience with databases such as Redis, Postgres, and/or Cassandra.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in building side projects on their own or experience with smaller startup teams.It would be great if you also have:
