Sr. Contract Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Specialist in Sweden to join our diverse and dynamic team.
This role is single sponsor dedicated in one of our FSP programs.
As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will be accountable for coordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts in the country/countries you are assigned.
You will be working in close collaboration with your stakeholders (Study Start-up Management, Project Management, Finance) in compliance with company standards & processes and ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.In this role your accountabilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Supporting country Study Start-up strategy in close collaboration with Study Start-up Team Leads and Managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are metCoordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts and amendments for your assigned projectsTracking and overseeing contract statusNegotiating financial & legal conditions and escalating issues as applicableBeing single point of contact for local Legal and ERCDeveloping and standardizing local contract templates and MSAsYour Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field preferredPreferably prior experience in the clinical research fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.What ICON can offer you:
