Food & Beverage Manager, Sweden

To further make an impact in Food Safety practices, DNV Business Assurance Sweden is looking for an enterprising and experienced Food Manager.
This role will be key to ensure that our organization keeps growing, developing, and strengthening its position in the Food industry sector.As F&B Manager your mission will be to build, lead, and grow our team of auditors, while also focusing on business development.
You will be in the foreground of identifying market trends and opportunities to secure hitting sales targets.
You will contribute to key customer management and collaborate closely with the sales team.You will manage the entire team of Food Auditors in Sweden, including subcontractors, and will report to the Country Manager Sweden.Your main areas of responsibilities:
Act as Ambassador of the Company:
You will be the face of DNV for the Food sector in Sweden, maintaining key customer contact and building new customer relationships, while providing direction to our Food sector team.Take Food sector ownership:
You will lead the community of Food auditors and have full accountability for reaching business goals and delivering targets for the Food sector.Have direct impact on business development:
With a solid business awareness and commercial mindset, you will create and contribute to business opportunities for DNV.Develop an engaged and high-performing team:

Min.
10 years of experience in food safety, in addition to knowledge of food standards and certification services.Min.
5 years of leadership experience with a solid background in leadership or a previous managerial position.Desire to drive:
A leader with strong project management skills and ambition to lead the Food sector team.Solid organizational skills:
Able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.You bring energy into the room and possess emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics.Learning agility:
Ability to learn and understand a portfolio of complex products and services.Bachelor+ degree or equivalent experience, preferably in food technology.A good command of verbal and written Swedish and English is required.You are proactive and outgoing, with a commercial mindset.
