Verksamhetsområde klinisk genetik, patologi och molekylär diagnostik har drygt 460 medarbetare och består av sektionerna Klinisk genetik, Klinisk patologi och Molekylär diagnostik. Vi bedriver verksamhet inom klinisk patologi på fyra sjukhus i Skåne - Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg och Kristianstad. Verksamheten tillhandahåller diagnostik till privatläkare, vårdcentraler, närsjukhus, akutsjukhus och Skånes universitetssjukhus (Sus). Klinisk patologi präglas av ett aktivt utvecklingsarbete. Detta gäller digitalpatologin, där den tidiga, breda digitalisering lett till kortare svarstider, bättre diagnostik och ett spännande utvecklingsarbete kring verktyg för bildanalys. Arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker en enhetschef till enheten för läkare i Malmö. Som enhetschef kommer du att vara chef över cirka 25 läkare och ansvarar för både personal, ekonomi och verksamhet inom din enhet. Du coachar läkarna och organiserar verksamheten på ett strukturerat och resurseffektivt sätt. Du samarbetar med övriga enhetschefer och processansvariga inom Klinisk patologi i utvecklingen av verksamheten i Skåne. Innehållet i uppdraget som enhetschef utformas i samråd med verksamhetschefen. Som chef i Region Skåne har du goda möjligheter att utvecklas i din chefsroll genom spännande förbättringsarbete, chefsutbildningar och mentorskap.
Kvalifikationer
För tjänsten krävs universitetsexamen i ett naturvetenskapligt ämne. Tidigare erfarenhet som chef och ledare är meriterande liksom erfarenhet av forsknings- och utvecklingsarbete. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från laboratoriemedicin, främst inom Klinisk patologi. Som person är du prestigelös, trivs med och har lust att leda, samt står för en tydlighet och trygghet i ditt ledarskap. Du är resultat- och målinriktad och kan prioritera utifrån de målsättningar som finns. Genom ditt ledarskap skapar du förutsättningar för ett gott medarbetarskap genom att ge förtroende till medarbetarna att växa och ta större ansvar. Du har förmåga att se helhetsperspektiv och att arbeta med verksamhetsövergripande mål.

Vi möter vårdens behov av ambulanssjukvård, bild- och laboratorieteknik, klinisk träning, laboratoriemedicin och sjukvårdsrådgivning.
