Customer Success and Web ContentWe at Swiftcourt are looking for a dedicated administrator, used to updating web content, to support our team as we see rapid growth in our user base.
As part of our Customer Success Team, your main responsibilities will be to update our website and product content and tailor our products to new users.
Working closely with our Product Team, you will also assist in the testing of new features.
You'll join a close-knit team that always supports each other and isn't afraid to have some fun.
This role requires a professional proficiency in the English language.
As we work mainly towards the Nordic and Germanic markets, it's imperative that you also fluently read and write one or more of either Swedish, Norwegian or German.

That's where you come in!What you'll do at SwiftcourtAs our administrator with focus on customer success and web content, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our website and product content.
Your primary duties will include ensuring that content is current, links are functional, and the website and products run smoothly.
You will work closely with your colleagues in our Growth Team to make sure our online presence effectively represents our brand, as well as with the product team to make sure new features work as intended.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
Ensure all links and pages are functional and that best practices in relation to e.
g.
SEO and basic user experience are followed.
Collaborate with your colleagues in the growth team to implement website changes and enhancements.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of landing pages.
Regularly update product content related to our contracts, addon services and transactional emails.
Supporting your sales and customer success colleagues in building contracts and addons for new and existing customers in our admin system.
In close conjunction with the rest of the team, assist in testing and quality-assuring new functionality and features.
Write shorter texts for our website and product content in accordance with our Tone of Voice guidelines.
Publish content created by e.
agencies on our website or social media channels.
