Technical IT EngineerThis position reports into Operational Tech & Data Site Lead and is based at Helsingborg, Sweden.

The Helsingborg site is one of the largest employers in the city of Helsingborg, and the business is divided into two separate departments:
Operations, where we house our manufacturing activities, and R&D, our global development center for excellence working in three therapeutic areas for self-care treatments:
Smoking Cessation, Digestive Health, and Cough & Cold.
What you will doThe Technical IT Engineer is responsible for serving as a senior-level, independent contributor with expertise in at least one technical area.
You will be working on transforming our factory in Helsingborg into a highly automated, digitalized, technical global leading production plant.
This includes:
Working as a project member and being part of small to medium size projects or components of a larger project.
Independently solving problems and resolving issues within your area of expertise or escalating problems to the appropriate resource.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain IT systems and infrastructure in alignment with the technical requirements of the role.
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Stay up-to-date with technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT systems and processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate and work in small to medium size technical projects or components of larger projects.
Manage an Application Management & Support team of consultants that handle the day-to-day maintenance and problem-solving of that IT service.
Work closely with Business and other Service Owners regarding their roadmap of IT.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide necessary documentation.
Contribute to strategic planning and business analysis, tapping into development ideas from the AM&S team and infrastructure teams.
Participate in the development of the site's automation and Business IT strategy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
Promote and represent IT capabilities to partners.
Handle/catch up Service Now requests and incidents.
Work closely with the local 24/7 Support team.
QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications10 years of experience in IT engineering or related field.
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
Good knowledge in Cyber Security.
Prior knowledge of MES and ERP systems.
Current MS SQL Server and Oracle tools.
TSQL, SQL, and common scripting languages.
Good knowledge about GAMP 5.
Knowledge about the validation of computerized systems.
Full proficiency in Swedish & English.
Desired QualificationsAnalytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend solutions.
Understanding of compliance landscape and regulatory environment.
Experience leading and managing small to medium size technical projects.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
