PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:
Provide electrical engineering expertise for CCRs and capital projects.MAJOR ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:
Responsible for the execution of all design aspects of electrical engineering.Provide technical assistance during construction and commissioning.Review calculations and design drawings of electrical equipment supplies and contractors.Cooperate in the interdisciplinary design reviews.Responsible for raising material take-off and requisition for electrical materials.Preparation of a project/CCR's package from an engineering point of view including conceptual or full-blown construction drawing.Design criteria and engineering calculation.JOB QUALIFICATION:
Education:
BS Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years electrical design experience + 2 years field experience in process plant or heavy industrial projects.SKILLS:
Possesses thorough knowledge of electrical engineering systems, calculations, construction, and inspection methods.Able to prepare electrical layouts, grounding, lighting, MCC's, and diagrams.Able to draft manually or in CADD operation software is a must.Computer literate and able to use software for:
Word processor (MS Word)Spreadsheet (MS Excel)Proven written and verbal skills.About TRONOX:
