Departmental HeadWe are seeking a skilled Medical Gas Section Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of medical gas plants, manifold controllers, and equipment in our healthcare facility.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical engineering, supervisory skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe Medical Gas Section Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the corrective/non-corrective and preventive maintenance of medical gases plants, manifold controllers, and equipment.
This includes ensuring the maximum level of productivity and efficiency while providing administrative and technical support to the Departmental Head.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and direct the implementation of corrective/non-corrective and preventive maintenance as per hospital standards.
Supervise works in progress and assist with difficult or complex tasks.
Evaluate the existing physical condition of all equipment under the Medical Gas section and recommend necessary replacement or upgrade.
Instruct and train personnel, evaluate employee performance, and take action to correct deficiencies.
Ensure that subordinates receive proper training and assist them in their major works.
Inspect all completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
A Master's or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline.
One year of related experience with a Master's degree, three years with a Bachelor's degree, or seven years with a Diploma.
Saudi National status and a valid Saudi Driver's License.
