• Job Purpose
• To lead and manage the delivery of DevOps and SRE services across client engagements, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and reliability within a managed services framework.
This role is pivotal in aligning delivery strategies with organizational goals and national priorities, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Role and Responsibilities
• A.
Leadership and Strategic Planning:
• - Define and implement the strategic roadmap for DevOps and SRE services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.- Lead and mentor DevOps and SRE teams, fostering a culture of reliability, innovation, and operational excellence.- Collaborate with service delivery and account management teams to integrate services with business and client objectives.
• B.
Project Delivery and Client Engagement:
• - Oversee the delivery of DevOps and SRE projects, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and quality standards are met.- Work with account managers to define project scopes, develop client-specific solutions, and establish success metrics.- Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Observability and Service Reliability:
• - Manage observability platforms, ensuring robust monitoring and operational reliability tailored to client needs.- Guide teams in implementing best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident management using tools like IBM Instana, Dynatrace, and Splunk.- Define and enforce SLOs and SLIs to ensure consistent operational stability.

DevOps and CI/CD Practices:
• - Lead the design and deployment of CI/CD pipelines, focusing on scalability, automation, and quality using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Terraform.- Standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to enable secure and scalable infrastructure.- Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes and deliver continuous improvements.

Incident Management and Preventative Measures:
• - Oversee the development of incident response frameworks to ensure efficient detection, triage, and resolution.- Supervise Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes to prevent recurrence of issues and enhance resilience.- Ensure comprehensive and accessible documentation for observability and incident response procedures.

Security and Compliance:
• - Integrate security controls within DevOps and SRE pipelines, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.- Implement DevSecOps practices to embed security throughout the development lifecycle.- Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations such as NISS 2025, PDPL, and SAMA, as well as international standards.

Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
• :
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.- Conduct regular performance reviews, aligning team goals with organizational and client priorities.- Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Qualifications and Education Requirement
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
B.
Certifications:
Certifications in DevOps, SRE, or relevant APM tools such as IBM Instana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk are preferred.
C.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in APM tools, particularly IBM Instana, Dynatrace, or Splunk, in microservices and Kubernetes environments.
Proficiency in SRE practices, including automation, monitoring strategies, and SLO/SLI definitions.
Advanced scripting and automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
D.
Professional Experience:
10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles, including 5+ years in leadership positions.
Proven experience managing client-facing DevOps and SRE services in a managed services environment.
Extensive experience delivering large-scale projects across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
