Tasks & Responsibilities:
Present compelling value propositions, negotiate terms to finalize agreements, and ensure a seamless handover of closed accounts to the implementation sales team;
Customize pitches to address specific client needs and pain points, effectively communicating value propositions;
Implement effective closing strategies to secure high-stakes deals and achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas;
Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust and consistent flow of opportunities;
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine closing techniques;
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and strategies;
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management;
Track, analyze, and interpret closing rates and other key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making;
Any other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
For this role, it is essential that you have:

4 to 6 years of relevant sales & SaaS experience;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Knowledge of the Saudi market, including key industry trends, cultural nuances, and local business practices;
Eagerness to learn and develop within the sales profession;
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals;
Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members;
Proactive attitude towards professional growth and skill enhancement;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets;
Adaptability to various challenges and changing priorities;
Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
It will be considered a big plus if you have:

International experience;
Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups.
