Tasks & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trusted partnerships to drive satisfaction and growth in alignment with OTO's values;
Generate revenue by effectively managing enterprise accounts and nurturing valuable relationships that support OTO's mission;
Develop strategic advisory relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement that benefit both the client and OTO;
Conduct periodic strategic account reviews with key clients to assess their goals, challenges, and evolving needs, ensuring OTO's offerings align with their objectives;
Consistently exceed monthly expansion and renewal targets by proactively identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives for revenue retention;
Optimize OTO's onboarding processes by applying industry best practices and continuously refining strategies to maximize client success and satisfaction;
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that enhance client value and contribute to OTO's growth;
Analyze client data and usage patterns to uncover areas where OTO's products or services can improve client outcomes;
Act as a liaison between clients and the technical support team, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues to maintain client satisfaction;
Partner with clients to create and maintain success plans that outline clear goals, milestones, and metrics for progress;
Establish client advocacy programs to encourage satisfied clients to participate in references, case studies, or provide testimonials that highlight OTO's impact;
Accurately forecast contract renewals and expansion opportunities to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded;
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with internal teams to help OTO maintain a competitive edge in the market;
Manage the entire client lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to retention and expansion, focusing on delivering value at each stage;
Negotiate and finalize contracts that secure favorable terms for both OTO and clients;
Any other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
For this role, it is essential that have
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking field.
Saudi National.
It will be considered a big plus if you:
