Lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to optimize electrical circuit performance and reliability, utilizing advanced software tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical design with mechanical and software components, ensuring cohesive system functionality.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test plans, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Manage project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews, delivering clear presentations to stakeholders on electrical design concepts and solutions.
Participate in field tests and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to design specifications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in electrical design practices.
Ensure quality assurance through rigorous testing and validation processes, maintaining high standards of reliability and safety in electrical designs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of electrical principles and design.
Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or PSpice, demonstrating technical capability in creating and analyzing designs.
Experience with power distribution systems, control systems, and renewable energy technologies, reflecting versatility and industry knowledge.
Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion while managing budgets and timelines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams and clients.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, capable of identifying potential issues and developing practical solutions efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements, exhibiting flexibility and resilience.
