Solution Architect

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect who will have a key role in discovering opportunities and in positioning Help AG's security solutions to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses.
The Solution Architect will have a critical role in ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts.
During and post implementation, the Solution Architect will be tasked with ensuring customer success (from a technology architecture and a solutions point of view), ensuring alignment with the implementation team and detecting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
The role is crucial to Help AG's success in the market and is strongly sales focused to ensure increased business.Responsibilities:

Discovering opportunities, positioning Help AG's security services to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses.
Ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts.
During and post implementation, ensuring customer success (from a technology architecture and a solutions point of view), ensuring alignment with the delivery units and detecting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Ensure Help AG's success in the market with a strong sales focus to increase business.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree from a related field and relevant security certifications, both from vendors and vendor-independent parties.
Excellent understanding of Cyber, and information security challenges and strategies.
Prior experience in positioning managed security services.
Prior experience in positioning GRC and VAPT services.
Technical and solution knowledge on Cloud IT and Sec Technologies.
Strong consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of an opportunity.
Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective.
Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy to understand way.
Solid business acumen.
Excellent report/technical documentation writing skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Flexible work approach based on the requirements of the job.
Team player and optimistic.
Customer centric and independent in work.
Strong verbal and written command of English.
Prior pre-sales experience is desired but not mandatory.
