Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements and specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following best practices and coding standards.
Develop user-friendly front-end interfaces using jQuery, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the continuous improvement of our products.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
Strong proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, and Bootstrap for building responsive and interactive front-end interfaces.
Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party libraries.
Proven ability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus.#
