Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Manager - SAP Applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of our SAP applications, ensuring they effectively support our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Your leadership will be essential in driving innovation and applying best practices across our SAP landscape, while collaborating with various departments to meet their unique operational needs.
ResponsibilitiesLead the SAP technical architecture including Basic, Security, and GRC Access Control.
Support applications implementation and roll out to Qiddiya's assets.
Support the day-to-day SAP landscape operations including the design, development, and implementation.
Manage a team of SAP professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business units to identify needs, define requirements, and develop solutions using SAP applications.
Stay up-to-date with SAP trends and updates, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
9-13 years of experience in SAP technical architecture, including Basic, Security, and GRC Access Control.
In-depth knowledge of SAP applications, emerging technologies, and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and projects.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.#
