Job Responsibility:

A strategic leader for the IT department and oversees the development, implementation, and management of all technological aspects within an organization. Having good experience in SAP B1/HANA etc.
Design the organization's technical architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. They evaluate and adopt suitable technologies that streamline operations and enhance performance.
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple SAP projects and Other Applications.
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy tailored to the company's business objectives, scalability and operational efficiency.
Create and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards and industry's best practices.
Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance.
Stay aware of the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge.
Provide management and guidance for IT support of desk-based computer hardware and software, diagnosing and solving issues and escalating to where appropriate for internal/external users.
Provide all application support across all business systems, diagnosing and solving basic application issues and routing/escalating where appropriate.
Maintain a knowledge base of reoccurring issues & their associated fixes whilst investigating root causes.
Carry out daily operational tasks, user administration, housekeeping tasks and system monitoring to ensure the effective operation of IT systems and facilities.
Carry out IT installations, implementations, configuration & roll outs & other technical duties as required.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
Advise the management of any planned IT Changes and assist in providing ideas back to the management of improvements that can be made within the corporate office both through IT Process and new technology.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support IT software and systems.
Serve as primary technical implementation point of contact for Company service and software clients.
Design, Develop and Deploy (DDD) improved processes, organizational roles and tools, to improve service delivery timeliness, cost, quality, risk, efficiency.
Provide and track IT end user support both for broadcast and desktop systems.
Provide facilities support for all IT and building systems including security.
Ensure overall alignment of Strategic Market IT Roadmap within Management team.
Manage relationships with internal and external third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Technical Skills - Required

ERP & Software Implementation and Support experience (SAP B1, SAP business By Design, SAP COO, IVend, Microsoft Navision, Mfgpro).
SAP configuration and customization.
SAP system integration and interface development (Retails, E Commerce, Zatca and Other add-ons).
SAP system security and compliance.
SAP report and query development.
SAP user role and authorization management.
Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Project management and coordination.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
End-user training and support.
Process improvement and efficiency.
Database administrator and Support (Hana, SQL server, Oracle).
Application and report development (SQL, Hana, VB .Net and C#, Crystal report, Excel, Ivend).
System and Business Processes understanding.
Strategic IT Planning.
Budgeting & Cost Control.
3rd Line Business Application support.
Demonstrable VMware skills.
IT Hardware, Network & Security Concepts, firewall.
