Senior HPC DevOps Engineer - Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experiencedSenior DevOps Engineerto join one of our leading projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong expertise in AWS, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) experience is a must. This role involves leading technical initiatives, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead technical solutions and provide consultation for enhancing DevOps workflows.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
Build, manage, and monitor Kubernetes clusters on AWS and other cloud environments.
Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Create and maintain Docker images, Kubernetes Helm charts, and microservices.
Design and implement HPC solutions, including containerized HPC applications using Singularity or similar tools.
Automate and monitor SLURM data integration for performance analysis using tools like Grafana.
Optimize HPC workflows and support parallel computing applications on containers.
Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Grafana, Zabbix, or Instana.
Configure alerting and incident response systems such as PagerDuty.
Automate database operations and infrastructure tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability.

Technical Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Proven experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Proficiency in monitoring tools and centralized logging systems.
Experience in HPC environments, including containerized HPC applications and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with SLURM and performance monitoring tools.
Certifications (preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
