Responsible for customer satisfaction through service quality and regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication (estimated arrival time, work performed, etc.).Accountable for accurate reporting of work performed in real-time (at the equipment level) to ensure the accuracy of e-Optimum and customer notifications.Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contacts, and end-users on-site by applying the ambassador philosophy.Ensure the safety and performance of the facility.Manage the site environment during service operations.Identify risks at the site and communicate these risks to the team leader.Take immediate action at the site upon identifying a high risk and apply the escalation procedure.Identify 'unplanned' service repairs based on equipment needs; contact the on-site contact person to obtain approval if not contractually agreed, and carry out service actions.Ensure the safety of end-users and the site.Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to maintenance and safety regulations.Conduct service visits (scheduled maintenance, trips, and service repairs) considering schedule and time limits (travel), quality standards, allocated time, and processes.Effectively plan workload in collaboration with the service team leader.Report sales leads to the team leader.Accurately and timely report work performed according to the process.Submit time sheets based on work performed.Manage inventory (stock replenishment, storage, inventory transfer, etc.), identify required spare parts, and request spare parts from the team leader.Ensure service tools, vehicles, instruments, etc., are maintained and in proper and safe condition.Contribute to ongoing improvement of products, procedures, and safety by providing feedback to the PCM organization and team leader.Leadership / Personnel Management:
Regularly update the team leader with current information.Familiarize oneself with all aspects of the elevator and associated technology; participate in offered training.May be tasked with providing training/coaching for individuals designated by the team leader.At KONE, we focus on creating an innovative and collaborative work culture where we value each individual's contribution.
