The Kitchen Admin Supervisor is either a current Assistant or Junior Assistant, preferably with food quality and cost control background.
His/her primary role is to ensure stock quality, accuracy, and efficiency is kept to the highest standard.
Additionally, the Kitchen Admin Supervisor will perform a set of control tasks supporting the Kitchen Manager in maintaining operational standards.
The work schedule needs to support timely placement of requisitions and presence during receiving of most critical deliveries (Central Kitchen, Warehouse).
For that reason, it is recommended for the Kitchen Admin Supervisor to work morning or mid-shift.
Experience:
Previous experience working in a similar environment, high volume catering background, preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing, innovative, pro-active and reliable).
Education or Certification:
Good level of English is essential.
