Kitopi's kitchens are powered by its proprietary Smart Kitchen Operating System (SKOS) - an in-house suite of applications that optimizes cloud kitchen operations in real-time. Kitopi currently operates 200+ locations across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
AWJ , a Kitopi company, is a fast-growing Food & Beverage Group of popular home-grown Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and international dining concepts. Established in 2014, AWJ has since expanded its presence to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the USA through both owned and franchised locations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Supervise, train, and motivate team members to retain and attract new customers.
Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, and cohesive team effort.
Motivate and inspire team members; lead by setting a good example.
Coach and help develop team members; facilitate problem-solving and collaboration.
Maintain healthy group dynamics and intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.
Ensure team members have the necessary education and training to participate effectively.
Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement; recognize and celebrate team members.
Coordinate with internal and external partners as necessary.
Familiarize the team with customer needs, specifications, and design standards.
Provide necessary business information and initiate sub-groups as appropriate.
Work with floor managers to obtain necessary resources for the team.
Coordinate with floor managers to establish meeting times, places, and agendas.
Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.
Communicate with floor and outlet managers about unresolved issues.
Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum high school academic qualification.
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
Good talent, appearance, and presentation.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to integrate into a new work environment.
High interpersonal and communication skills (in both English & Arabic).
Hard worker and team player.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Leadership and multitasking skills.
Effective time management.#
