Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for their client in Saudi Arabia, which is one of the largest owners and operators of medical centers across Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for Saudi Nationals who have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of leadership experience in leading large medical groups consisting of multiple healthcare assets.
The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the organization's strategy, values, mission, corporate culture, building and overseeing the executive team, and allocating capital.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO would be responsible for communicating effectively with the stakeholders of the organization and leading the organization towards excellence in patient care, quality, sustainability, and growth.
