As a Business Development Specialist at Devsinc, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and driving growth for the company.
Your role includes developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
You will also stay informed about industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the technology or software sector.
Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
Previous experience with cold and warm calling, as well as email outreach.#
