National Aftersales Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a multi-site experienced senior Aftersales Manager to join our client as National Aftersales Manager to manage their expanding aftersales operations.

As National Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for the group's existing aftersales centres in Saudi Arabia and their new facilities in 2025 and beyond.

Requirements

Currently in a multisite senior aftersales role as Aftersales Director, National Aftersales Manager or General Manager Aftersales
High volume experience - labour hours, vehicle throughputs
Excellent in managing through leaders across many locations
Exposure to growing a network and business expansion
Applicants must be experienced in setting annual aftersales budgets with P&L responsibility for the aftersales division
Middle East experience at National/Regional or Group Aftersales level in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates
Predominant senior experience from a dealership/distributor environment but happy to accept limited OEM regional office applicants who have spent more time leading dealerships
High energy individual who is dedicated to results and business performance
Proven success in a senior aftersales leadership roleThe Package

US$ 160,000 salary package (tax free) plus company car, bonus scheme and expat benefits. US$227,000 OTE
