Are you ready to be a key player in our People and Culture team? As a People and Culture Trainee, you will help with hiring, training, following rules, and organizing the onboarding and offboarding processes. Join us in making People and Culture work fun and effective!
Your tasks will be:
Posting and advertising job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and recruitment channels on WhatsApp.
Sourcing and screening applicant resumes to identify potential candidates.
Conducting initial phone interviews and video assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and sending out invitations to selected candidates.
Preparing, negotiating, and sending offers to successful candidates.
Sending out onboarding requests and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Implementing internal communication activities across various channels to foster effective communication within the organization.
Overseeing and enhancing onboarding and offboarding processes to streamline employee transitions.
Reviewing and approving changes to employee records, including position titles and salary adjustments.
Ensuring team members have the necessary equipment, such as laptops, phones, and SIM cards, for optimal productivity.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and processes to maintain legal compliance.
Staying informed about changes in government regulations and policies that impact HR practices.
Participating in events aimed at boosting employee satisfaction.
The requirements are:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Adaptability to new technologies and tools.
Willingness to learn and develop.
