As an HR business partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in a selected business unit. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver high-quality services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities will include assessing and predicting HR needs, advising management on HR-related issues, and facilitating communication between HR and other business units.
Skills
Develop HR solutions through analysis, programs, and policies.
Manage and resolve employee issues.
Develop HR policy guidance.
Provide contract terms for new hires.
Identify training needs for any business unit.
Exhibit strong communication and time management skills.
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, following up to ensure training objectives are met.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
CIPD Certified.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in HRBP.#
