We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, you will support the Director of Housekeeping in leading the overall operations of the housekeeping and laundry department; assuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team management, training and development, ensuring that costs are controlled without compromising quality and that we are delivering the highest of standards consistently, leading guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism and accommodating special requests wherever possible, budgeting and assuring the financial goals of the department are met, and establishing and maintaining cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.Our Ideal Housekeeping Manager Candidate Will Have:
Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions, be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.Minimum Requirements:
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
