Local and regional travel; potential for long-distance tripsKey Responsibilities:
Transporting employees and goods safelyConducting routine vehicle inspections and maintenanceMaintaining accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumptionEnsuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policiesKey Accountabilities:
Drive company vehicles to pick up or drop off employees from and to accommodation & other locations.Deliver important documents to required destinations.Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient.Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times.Perform preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle.Perform all office needs.Perform any other responsibilities that required driving as may be assigned by HR Manager/Supervisor.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Valid driver's licenseHigh school certificate or equivalent preferredExperience:
Previous experience as a driver in a corporate or commercial setting (2+ years preferred)Familiarity with local traffic regulations and routesExperience in vehicle maintenance or inspections is an advantageSkills:
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle operationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate using GPS and mapsTime management and organizational abilitiesBasic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is a plusOur Company:
