Act as the owners representative on all matters related to constructionDevelop a Construction management plan on behalf of the PMCReview Contractors construction management PlansMonitor the construction activities and carry out audits to identify non-compliances, trouble areas and risks in order to mitigate themEvaluate construction staff proposed by contractorsEvaluate construction progress and make recommendationsProvide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as requiredPrepare letters and instructions on behalf of the clientSupport the contract management teams in reviewing claims and Vos and payment certificatesSupport HSEQ team to ensure that the project is managed properlyWe'd love to hear from you if you have:
Minimum 10-15 years industry experience in managing and delivering large and/or complex buildings construction projects, to a high standard and to fast track programmesAt least 10 years experience in Hotel Refurbishment and/or Fit OutEffective leadership and high commitment in order to achieve goalsMust be familiar with contractual matters related to construction projects and have a good working knowledge of the FIDIC Red BookMust have previous experience in a PMCM (Programme Management, Construction Management) environmentWhat's in it for you:
