ESTAMOS À TUA ESPERA! O profissional a admitir irá ter como principais responsabilidades:
• Planear, organizar e dirigir o funcionamento do departamento de Andares e Áreas no seu todo, coordenando o serviço na limpeza das instalações do Hotel (tanto quartos como áreas comuns);
• Estabelecer mecanismos e procedimentos de limpeza, utilizando para o efeito produtos e as fichas técnicas;
• Planear, agendar e coordenar os trabalhos de limpezas periódicas;
• Responsável pela limpeza das fardas do hotel;
• Realizar as requisições dos produtos de limpieza e amenities;
• Recolher, guardar e registrar os objetos perdidos no hotel;
• Definir indicadores de qualidade na prestação do serviço de andares e áreas para valorizar o grau de satisfação dos clientes;
• Comunicar as avarias verificadas nas instalações ao Departamento de Serviço Técnico de Manutenção;Requisitos :
• Formação Profissional na área Hoteleira /Turismo;
• Experiência prévia de funções similares;
• Conhecimentos de equipamentos e produtos de limpieza;
• Capacidade de gestão de equipas;
• Boa capacidade de comunicação
• Orientação para o atendimento e satisfação do cliente;
• Boa Capacidade de Organização e Limpeza;
