Cozinheiro de 1ª O profissional a admitir irá ter como principais responsabilidades:
• Organização do serviço, preparação de menus e confeção de pratos.
• Conhecer o nível de aceitação de cada um dos pratos através uma análise da ementa, juntamente com as chefias do Departamento;
• Receber os víveres e os outros produtos necessários à confecção das refeições, sendo responsável pela sua guarda e conservação;
• Preparar o peixe, os legumes e as carnes e proceder à execução das operações culinárias;
• Empratar e guarnecer os pratos cozinhados, assegurar -se da perfeição dos pratos e da sua concordância com o estabelecido;
• Confeccionar os doces destinados às refeições;
• Colaborar na limpeza da cozinha, dos utensílios e demais equipamentos.Requisitos :
Formação Profissional em Restauração; Experiência profissional nas áreas a que concorre desta oferta, nomeadamente em hóteis:
Conhecimentos de pastelaria; Conhecimentos na gestão de resíduos e das normas HACCP (Higiene e Segurança Alimentar); Boa capacidade comunicativa; Orientação para o cliente; Trabalho em equipa; Boa Capacidade de Organização e Limpeza;
