Responsabilidades
Receção e conversão de contatos de várias fontes (website, redes sociais, telefone) em oportunidades de negócio;
Identificação minuciosa do perfil e das necessidades dos clientes;
Acompanhamento ativo das oportunidades geradas, colaborando de perto com as equipes comerciais;
Realização de atividades de prospecção para converter a nossa base de leads em oportunidades;
Liderar e gerir a equipa.
Perfil
Formação académica mínima ao nível do 12.º ano;
Conhecimentos de inglês (nível intermédio) falado e escrito;
Experiência em liderança de equipas;
Gosto pelo setor automóvel;
Gosto pela área comercial;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação e empatia com o cliente;
Orientação para objetivos e resultados;
Autonomia, proatividade, responsabilidade e organização;
Disponibilidade imediata.
