O que esperamos de ti - Dimensionamento dos modelos para os diferentes serviços do hotel - Responsável por gerir os diferentes pontos de venda do hotel.
• Estar a par das novas tendências gastronómicas.
• Conhecimentos do sistema de gestão de F&B (Micros) - Participação no desenvolvimento da oferta gastronómica, alinhada à estratégia de F&B da empresa.
• Cumprimento dos objetivos traçados pela empresa:
Atendimento, Qualidade, Satisfação.
• Servir pratos e bebidas aos clientes - Responder a questões sobre a carta - Manter a comunicação com a cozinha, relativamente à carta, ao tempo de espera, à necessidade de elaborar pratos e à disponibilidade de productos.
• Seguir o ciclo horário em todas as refeições - Manter limpas as áreas de trabalho durante todo o dia - Notificar outros requisitos à cozinha (alergias, dietas e pedidos especiais) - Revisar a limpeza e apresentação de todos os pratos, copos, chávenas e talheres antes do seu uso - Manter a comunicação com os clientes e com outros empregados - Estar encarregue que o pessoal trabalhe em equipa de forma a oferecer um optimo serviço - Colaborar com a Direção em termos de contratação, formação, planificação, avaliação, controle e motivação dos empregados, actuando como modelo - Seguir todas as políticas e procedimentos da empresa em matéria de segurança - Notificar problemas de manutenção, riscos de segurança, accidentes ou lesões - Receber formação sobre segurança e obter as certifRequisitos :
