Descrição do Cargo:
É o principal responsável pela liderança da equipa de cozinha, pela implementação dos padrões culinários e pela manutenção de rigorosos requisitos de higiene e segurança alimentar.
Este cargo exige uma combinação de competências em criatividade culinária, liderança e compromisso com as normas de segurança.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Coordenação e supervisão da equipa de cozinha, promove um ambiente positivo e produtivo.
É responsável pelo desenvolvimento contínuo da equipa através da formação, orientação e feedback, assim como pela elaboração de horários que assegurem a cobertura durante todos os turnos.
Desenvolve menus criativos e alinhados com as expectativas dos clientes e tendências do mercado, adaptando-se à disponibilidade de ingredientes.
O processo é partilhado e validado junto do Chef Executivo e do F&B Manager.
Assegura o funcionamento eficiente da cozinha, gerindo stocks, pedidos e inventário.
Implementa práticas de controlo de custos para alcançar os objetivos financeiros, monitoriza a manutenção de equipamentos e garante que todos os utensílios se encontram em condições seguras.
Implementa padrões rigorosos de higiene e cumpre as regulamentações legais, realizando inspeções regulares e garantindo que a equipa cumpre as normas de HACCP.
Mantém o contacto com clientes de maneira a assegurar a sua satisfação e resolver eventuais reclamações de forma eficiente e profissional, especialmente durante os períodos de maior movimento.
Preparação de relatórios operacionais, participa nas reuniões de gestão com recomendações de melhoria.
Analisa o feedback dos clientes para implementar melhorias nos serviços e nos menus.
Competências:
Excelentes habilidades culinárias, liderança, comunicação em português e inglês, e capacidade para gerir orçamentos.
Forte conhecimento de HACCP, com flexibilidade para trabalhar sob pressão.
Perfil Pessoal:
Proatividade, resolução de problemas, capacidade de trabalhar autonomamente e em equipa, e compromisso com a excelência.

Qualificações:
Preferencialmente, formação em Artes Culinárias ou Gastronomia e certificação em higiene e segurança alimentar.
Experiência:
Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como Chef em cozinhas de alto nível, com competências comprovadas na gestão de equipas e desenvolvimento de menus.
