WykrotyZakres obowiązków:
Budowanie, wdrażanie oraz rozwijanie strategii firmy, celem zapewnienia efektywności operacyjnej;Monitorowanie i ocena wydajności firmy;Ustalanie oraz wdrażanie planów rozwoju firmy;Wyznaczanie celów biznesowych, finansowych oraz ich monitorowanie;Wprowadzanie niezbędnych zmian w celu optymalizacji procesów oraz kosztów;Inicjowanie i wdrażanie optymalizacji procesowych, usprawnień;Wsparcie przy pozyskiwaniu funduszy (przygotowania biznes planów, raportów, itp.);Tworzenie i utrzymywanie relacji z partnerami biznesowymi;Ścisła współpraca z właścicielem firmy i innymi działami w celu zapewnienia spójności działań i osiągnięcia celów.Wymagania:
Doświadczenie zawodowe na stanowisku COO - min.
5 lat;Wyksztalcenie wyższe;Wysoki standard pracy;Analityczny sposób myślenia oparty na danych;Proaktywne działanie;Umiejętność podejmowania decyzji i rozwiązywania problemów;Ciągłe podnoszenie poprzeczki / operational excellence;Wysoki nacisk na automatyzacje procesów operacyjnych;Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min.
