Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe HR;Doświadczenie w APT w zakresie zarządzania, pozyskiwania i delegowania pracowników - warunek konieczny;Bardzo dobra znajomość języka obcego, mile widziany język niemiecki;Prawo pracy, zatrudnienie osób z zagranicy/Ukrainy - znajomość warunek konieczny;Duża samodzielność;Odporność na stres;Umiejętność dynamicznej pracy;Umiejętność planowania zadań dla zespołu;Dyspozycyjność.Zakres obowiązków:
Współudział w tworzeniu nowo powstającego zespołu;Koordynowanie działań związanych z pozyskiwaniem klientów oraz negocjowaniem umów;Planowanie i organizacja pracy pracowników tymczasowych;Nadzorowanie procesów rekrutacyjnych;Monitorowanie terminowości realizacji zleceń klientów;Prowadzenie dokumentacji związanej z zatrudnianiem pracowników tymczasowych;Współpraca z klientami w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb oraz dostosowanie oferty do ich oczekiwań;Rozwiązywanie problemów i konfliktów, które mogą wyniknąć w trakcie wykonywania zadań przez pracowników tymczasowych;Zapewnienie spełnienia wszystkich wymagań prawnych i regulacyjnych dotyczących pracy tymczasowej;Raportowanie wyników pracy oraz wykonywanych działań do przełożonych;Monitorowanie rynku pracy, trendów oraz konkurencji w celu dostosowania strategii agencji pracy tymczasowej.Bezpieczeństwo:
