The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Source to Pay Solutions Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop and execute robust support strategies, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  This involves continuous assessment and refinement of support processes with a focus on reducing response times for support requests by implementing effective processes, tools, and staffing models.
  
• Selecting and implementing advanced helpdesk software and tools that improve the team's ability to resolve issues promptly and accurately.
  Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements to ensure the helpdesk remains cutting-edge.
  
• Overseeing day-to-day helpdesk operations, ensuring that all support requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure helpdesk performance and identify areas for improvement.
  Implement strategies to increase the rate of first pass resolution, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and accurately without the need for escalation.
  
• Managing the entire lifecycle of incidents and service requests, from initial report to resolution.
  Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  
• Generating detailed reports on helpdesk performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  Present these findings to senior management, along with actionable recommendations.
  

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 5 years of experience of Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 5 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in helpdesk software and tools, knowledge of StP processes, and experience with ERP systems.
  
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify trends and develop effective solutions.
  
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
  

Work location:
Remote within Poland (Wroclaw), Spain (Madrid) or UK (Loughborough)

Travel:
May include up to 5% domestic/international
