The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Plant CI Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the site Continuous Improvement (CI) program - supporting improvement leaders (at all levels) in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow while celebrating accomplishments

• Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor - modelling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results

• Growing site Continuous Improvement (CI) culture - creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach (all levels)

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university and a minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, or a related field in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• High Potential Code in your current or recent Employee Performance Review

• Prior Black Belt and/or Green Belt certification

• Prior experience on a plant operating committee or equivalent

• Demonstration of Solventum's Cultural Elements

• Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills

Onsite - ul. Kwidzynska, Wrocław

Travel:
May include up to 10% domestic
