Zakres obowiązków:
Zarządzanie i kierowanie podległym zespołem mechaników serwisu dziennego.Udział w planowaniu i realizacji prac remontowych.Nadzorowanie prac remontowych.Analiza przyczyn awarii i podejmowanie działań w porozumieniu ze specjalistami i inżynierem UR.Wyznaczanie celów operacyjnych dla podległego zespołu technicznego i ich realizacja w uzgodnieniu z przełożonym.Organizowanie i prowadzenie prac przy usuwaniu awarii we współpracy ze służbami serwisowymi UMR oraz technologicznymi.Współtworzenie planu budżetowego dla podległego obszaru.Tworzenie i realizacja ścieżek prewencji.Przygotowanie i prowadzenie prac remontowych, także w postojach planowych.Koordynowanie pracy nadzorowanych pracowników i pracowników firm zewnętrznych świadczących usługi na potrzeby wydziału zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i procedurami.Aktywne uczestnictwo w realizowanych procesach i projektach wydziałowych i zakładowych np.
6S, LPU, Asset Management.Nadzór nad kontrolą stanu części zamiennych w magazynach centralnych i wydziałowych.Budowanie kultury dobrej komunikacji opartej na wzajemnym szacunku.Twój profil:
Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne.Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w dziale utrzymania ruchu.Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację.Znajomość zagadnień eksploatacji maszyn i urządzeń.Umiejętność współpracy z ludźmi.Umiejętność kierowania zespołem pracowników.Dokładność, sumienność.Odporność na stres, umiejętność szybkiego podejmowania decyzji oraz pracy pod presją czasu.Nasza oferta:
