We are looking for an experienced BI Consultant with a strong emphasis on team leadership and a solid foundation in BI technologies, including Power BI, Azure, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, and Data Bricks.
As a BI Consultant in our team, you will play a pivotal role in project management, team development, and technical advancement.

Your Responsibilities BI Project Management:
Take the lead in managing BI projects, encompassing various BI technologies, from inception to final presentation.
Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
Utilize BI tools to create, enhance, and optimize reports that provide valuable insights to business users.
Apply your knowledge of Azure, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, and Data Bricks to architect comprehensive BI solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for enhancing existing BI solutions, gain user buy-in for proposed changes, and implement improvements across data models and reports.
Strive for excellence in all project deliverables.
Client Interaction:
Gather and analyze requirements from key clients and effectively translate them into actionable BI solutions that align with their goals.
Maintain transparent and open communication with external customers to ensure their needs are met.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 mid and junior BI consultants, fostering their growth, and providing guidance in their professional development.
Evaluate and assess team members' work, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
Promote professional delivery of BI projects by:
Advocating the use of CI/CD processes.
Leveraging tools to enhance project efficiency.
Ensuring testing and the incorporation of elements that guarantee high-quality solutions.
Creating value-driven documentation efficiently.
We Are Looking For 4+ years of hands-on experience in creating BI solutions Proficiency in creating, enhancing, and optimizing BI solutions Strong knowledge of data modeling, reports creation Knowledge of using methods and tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and stakeholders.
